To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

I understand that life happens! However, I require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, the full payment for the service will be required.

Please come prepared with CASH only for your remaining balance on the day of your appointment. We do not accept card payments or bank transfers in-studio.
